	<li>This diary contains all the necessary rules and regulation and the record of the students progress. You are there fore requested to look into from time to time.</li>
	<li>If any information regarding the student is to be sent, it should be mentioned in the column "Parents Remarks" provided in diary.</li>
	<li>You can lend a helping hand in maintaining school discipline it is expected of you to sent your child in proper school uniform and in time. No relaxation will be made as regard school uniform.</li>
	<li>School fees are to be paid 1st to 10th of the month in which fees is due. After this date, late fee fine Rs. 20/- per day will be charged you are therefore requested to send the school dues in time. Fee Deposit months are - Aoruk, July, Oct, Jan.</li>
	<li>Students should bring their own tiffin &amp; water bottles.</li>
	<li>Kindly note the information sent to you from time to time.</li>
	<li>You are requested to carefully watch the students progress in test and cumulative test and if deemed necessary meet the principal regarding the same.</li>
	<li>The student must abide by the rules of the institution in case of violation, They are liable to disciplinary action.</li>
	<li>Leave of absence is not granted except on prior written application from parents/guardian in case of unforeseen circumstances.</li>
	<li>Parents are requested to sign. on every test taken in the class.</li>
	<li>Parents presence is compulsory on every "Parents-Teacher" meeting day.</li>
